- Zinogre has 4 stages of charge level.
- Shock traps help to charge up Zinogre and are completely ineffective when it is fully charged. Pitfalls are generally better.
- When charging up, staggering or using flash bombs can prevent the charge.
- When tripped, you can catch bugs from its back.

Tips:
- Stygian Zinogre's homing dragonballs can be blocked using a shield or by getting behind the monster.
- Stygian Zinogre only needs to charge up once to become fully enraged.
