Head > Belly > Neck

Tips:
- Remember Dung bombs for when you are pounced on.
- Flash bombs an be used to knock Rathian out of the sky if necessary.
- Bounce bombs can also be useful when Rathian is hovering.
- Rathian's head is VERY weak and should be focused on if not breaking parts, as it takes at least double the amount of damage than most other parts.
- If you are havng trouble cutting Rathian's tail, try targetting it after her poison tail-flip attack.
Pink Rathian
Fire Element

Weak to Dragon then Thunder
Weakest spots:
Belly > Head > Neck
Breakables:
Head, Both Wings, Tail
Tips:
- Most tips from Rathian apply to Pink Rathian, however, Pink Rathian takes a lot less damage at the head than normal Rathian, and takes the most damage on the belly.
Gold Rathian
Fire Element
Inflicts Poison
Weak to Thunder then Water
Weakest spots:
Back > Wing > Legs
Breakables:
Head, Both Wings, Tail
Tips:
- Gold Rathian is very similar to the other two Rathians and the same tips apply, although Gold Rathian does take a lot less damage overall.
- Unlike the other Rathians, a Dragon weapon is NOT recommended.
