Tips:

 - The easiest way to break the horns is to gun/ballista or use Switch Axe Sword Mode, Hammer/Hunting Horn attacks which do not bounce or the Mind's Eye skill, otherwise all but the sharpest weapons will bounce.

 - A team of 4 hunters using the Willuminator gun to rapid fire Dragon shots can do the quest in under a minute.
